During this retreat, you can choose to stay in a large and very spacious dormitory with hot water showers and air-conditioning or a private room with an en-suite bathroom, hot shower and air-conditioning. The rooms also have the usual luxuries you would expect including body wash and towels.

The dorm has hot water showers and A/C and is very large so guests will not feel like they are in each other's way. Soaps and towels are also supplied.

The private rooms all have a double bed with ensuite bathrooms with hot water showers and A/C. The sharing option is for couples sharing a double bed. Soaps and towels are also supplied.

Yoga Barn has a large and spacious yoga shala set in its own peaceful gardens. The centre also has its own restaurant for you to enjoy. As guests of the retreat, you will have full use of Yoga Barn's fantastic yoga studio including equipment such as mats, cushions, and straps. The onsite amenities are of a very high standard as you would expect.

Program

This retreat is specifically designed for beginners and intermediates of any age or gender but of course, everyone is welcome! Let the retreat guide you through Hatha, Vinyasa, Fly-High, and Yin-inspired yoga classes in our 'barn style' yoga shala. Along the way, you will discover other techniques such as meditation and mindfulness, as well as looking at the chakras and Ayurveda to deepen your understanding of how you really are. The center will immerse you in the countryside surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere will remind you to find and follow your own gentle flow and to relax and unwind alongside nature.

How it works

All of the retreats are based on a 23-hour period starting from check-in at 12 noon and ending upon check-out at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You can choose to stay as long as you like (minimum stay is 2 nights) on whatever date you like because the rolling retreats run throughout the year. Take a look at the 7-day schedule to find out what is happening on your planned days. The popular retreat durations are 3 days, 5 days, or 7 days.

Location

Set deep in the picturesque countryside of Kampot in Cambodia, the yoga retreat centre is perfectly placed to help you rediscover just how perfect you really are! The venue not only has fabulous views of the mountains in the famous Bokor National Park but also has the most amazing atmosphere that will give you time to rest, read, or create. The established gardens are home to an array of beautiful wildlife and of course home to the centres very own chickens and sheep! Spending time with the animals in this wonderful and tranquil space will teach you to slow down and mindfully move with the rhythm of nature.

Food

The price of this retreat includes daily delicious Cambodian and Western breakfast, lunch, and dinner with vegetarian and vegan options. Yoga Barn can cater for all types of dietary requirements such as organic, gluten free and any other dietary needs (when booking, please let them know so that they can inform the chef!). All of the food Yoga Barn serves in their restaurant is fresh produce supplied by local farm shops and markets. The restaurant not only provides good healthy food but beautiful sunsets over Bokor National Park.

Please book your flight to arrive at Sihanoukville International Airport (KOS) or Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH).

Arrival by taxi

Sihanoukville is only 90 minutes by taxi. Phnom Penh is four hours by taxi. Siem Reap is eight hours by taxi.
