Your personal retreat experience begins with a 1-on-1 video call with Suzanne Bloom, to uncover your specific and unique goals. You will be assigned light reading materials about the course and what to expect. This ensures that upon arrival, you are prepared to integrate the knowledge in a practical setting. Deepen your asana practice with daily yoga sessions, and experience a new level of peace and quiet. Hike up to magnificent vistas that overlook the Pacific or Red Rock views.
Recount your spiritual experiences in your personal journal (provided), and relax amidst the beauty of the world-renowned self-realization gardens in Encinitas, or the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park in Sedona.
Enjoy healthy, nourishing meals curated by the in-house staff. Your menu will cater to your personal dietary preferences. This individual retreat is designed to empower you to live an emotionally, physically, and mentally healthy life! You will explore and put into practice the techniques of mindful living with 1-on-1 instruction and experiential play through guided yoga and meditation. This module course retreat offers in-depth training and experiential practice in Mindfulness. For the participant wanting to put Mindfulness and meditation into their daily lives or the seasoned practitioner wanting to deepen their practice.
The course modules are attention and the now, automaticity, judgment, acceptance, goals, compassion, ego, and combining them all. Your experience will start with a video call discussing your particular goals from home and some light reading material about the course and what to expect.
During this retreat, you will explore and put into practice the techniques of mindful living with one on one instruction and experiential play through guided yoga and meditation.
Immerse yourself in the warm weather, sun, and sand in San Diego, the most temperate climate in the continental United States. known as a mecca for health, wellness, and adventure with breathtaking views.
The highlights are completely individual. For some, the challenge and success of getting into Virabhadrasana II on a paddleboard is the highlight. For others, it is the views of world-renowned Torrey Pines. The tropical atmosphere of the retreat location lends to journaling and quiet time to reflect.
This retreat can be tailored to meet your unique, individual needs. This is a solo getaway and you can receive one-on-one attention and guidance from Yogi Suzanne. The host is trained in MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) from the University of Massachusetts in conjunction with the Omega Institute and is an outdoor enthusiast with knowledge of the surrounding area along with a background in hospitality. Activities will include guided meditations, experiential mindfulness practices, hiking, and yoga.
