You will join a two-hour introductory session on November 11, 2020, eight two-hour sessions throughout the program, one two-hour follow-up session on February 24, 2021, and four hours on January 23rd, 2021 with Sally via Zoom.

Course information

This course has been developed by the Mindfulness Association under the guidance of Rob Nairn. It emerged from the first MSc program in mindfulness and compassion taught collaboratively between Aberdeen University’s Faculty of Education and Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Center in the Scottish Borders. The tutors are fully trained and supported by the Mindfulness Association, fully immersed in their own regular meditation practice, receive regular supervision. In addition, Sally has been on the UK listing of mindfulness teachers since 2016.

This mindfulness course is held online. Yoga Is For Life is based in Northumberland, UK (GMT) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
