How the retreat works

You can access all video and audio links at any time you like but the suggestion is to follow the schedule below. The live online one-to-one session will be scheduled after the booking has been made.

Day 1

  • Morning: 24-minute ground and balance Hatha yoga, followed by a 14-minute guided grounding meditation.
  • Evening: 20-minute Yin yoga chillout practice, followed by 10-minute silent meditation and journalling.

Day 2

  • Morning: 27-minute Hatha yoga awaken practice, followed by a 14-minute guided mindfulness meditation upon the senses.
  • Evening: One-hour moving meditation Yin yoga practice followed by journalling.

Day 3

  • Morning: 30-minute core power Hatha yoga class, followed by a guided meditation to generate compassion.
  • Evening: 15-minute Yin yoga melt practice, followed by 10-minute silent meditation and journalling.

Day 4

  • Morning: 24-minute heart opening Hatha yoga sequence, followed by Sita Ram Kirtan mantra meditation.
  • Evening: Relax deeply one-hour Yin yoga class, followed by journalling.

Day 5

  • Morning: 31-minute Hatha yoga for clarity class, followed by full body relaxation meditation.
  • Evening: 20-minute surrender Yin yoga practice, followed by 10-minute silent meditation and journalling.

Day 6

  • Morning: 20-minute Hatha yoga intuition class, followed by heart intuition meditation.
  • Evening: 55-minute Yin yoga to unwind class followed by journalling.

Day 7

  • Morning: 32-minute Hatha yoga integration class, followed by So Hum mantra meditation
  • Evening: Shiva Shambo Kirtan practice, followed by 10-minute silent meditation and journalling

Retreat information

Yoga does not end with the yoga mat and the more you can integrate and dive into your truth, the greater your capacity to live your life to the fullest. This online yoga retreat is a coaching process to help you move towards your goals, overcome blocks, and help you find clarity, balance, and fulfillment.

You will dive into seven important areas of your life:

During the live session, Sacha uses active listening to get the heart of what you really mean and then use a series of insightful questions to help you explore things and find your own perfect answers, your own solutions, and your own truth.

Through the session, you will use key principles found in yoga philosophy combined with more modern approaches like coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique, and NLP.

You can arrange an individual session to dive deep and unlock your full potential. If you feel stuck in some way and hungry to make a real change then this is for you!

As with all exercise programs, when using yoga videos, you need to use common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk.

This retreat is held online. Yoga With Sacha is based in Middlesex, England, UK (BST/GMT+1). Sacha will conduct live online session via Zoom and you can access videos via private Youtube links which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
