Join a one-on-one practice to strengthen your physical body and mind with Giulia from Yogataio. Upon request, singing bowls will be with you during the practice and used for deep realization. This private session will help you rediscover and reconnect with your true potential and will power as well as integrate physical and mental health practice into your routine.

  • Giulia is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher and therapist. She studied at the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Science & Research in Indore, India. Her focus is on Hatha and Raja Yoga, Meditation, Breath-work and Tibetan Sound Healing. She currently live and work in the Algarve where she share her practice, and refreshing energies with each individuals who cross her path.
  • The Breathwork session is based on your health and emotional needs.

About this private session

In these breathwork one-to-one sessions you will start, opening and moving the body with yoga asana and exercises, then you will focus on the breathwork and meditation, with hyperventilation or hypoventilation exercises. Depending on the requests, and health conditions, those exercises will help you clean and strengthen your respiratory system, nervous, and emotional system. Breathwork can greatly improve focus, concentration, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being. Take responsibility for your health!
