Mountain Shadows Retreat has three acres of private property overlooking the American River Canyon in Foresthill, California, a private security gate with code and secure fencing around the property, seven total bathrooms, and a 3,500-square-foot pole barn deck. It can sleep 15 individual guests overnight.


  • One king master suite with TV, private deck, and en suite bathroom
  • One queen full bed, one full bed (shared full bath)
  • Four twin beds in a private bunk room with a private shower and bath

The retreat will take place in Foresthill, California, United States. Nestled in the heart of nature, Mountain Shadow Retreat offers a truly exceptional and immersive experience that combines serene greenery, majestic mountain caps, beautiful trails, and exclusive private grounds.


You will be served daily meals and drinks included in the price. There will be a meat option but no pork.

Please book your flight to arrive at Sacramento International Airport (SMF). If you arrive at the airport before 2 p.m, you will receive a ride for an additional 60 USD per person.   • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
