There was no ONE best thing. Everything was the best it could have been. The rides, the food, the room, the people, the beauty…. All the best!

I really enjoyed the fabulous location.

The programme was very well organised- yoga , horsemanship and riding every day was the right amount of activity each day. Each session complemented the other. I was able to relax, refresh my knowledge and enjoy the beautiful horses and countryside.

I have no doubt that I will return again to this wonderful place. The staff were excellent and the location is amazing. Thank you 🙏.

Everything was just perfect. Transfer was smooth. Living area is well managed, with beautiful landscape, cosy.

The food deserves separate applause - meals 3 times per day, very tasty and Tuscany - style. We have tasted many new dishes. Wine is good and cheap 😁 Tiramisu was the best I have ever had.

Horses were well behaved, calm and very trustable. Easy to ride, sensitive. We were a group of 6 riders, and all of us were very happy with our horses.

Lisa is wonderful guide and wonderful person - we felt safe and were enjoying Tuscany vibes.

La qualité de la Table même les petits déjeuners sont remarquables.

Les cuisiniers sont adorables et se donnent beaucoup aux fourneaux !!!!

Les plats sont excellents, copieux et variés, le vin en pichet très bien.

A la Michelin *** vaut le Voyage !!!!

What an amazing place! The surroundings are so beautiful and so many horses everywhere. The rooms are super cozy and comfy and the food is amazing. I tried several horses and they are all so calm yet very responsive and good. The lessons were very interesting and because you work in different surroundings (arena, forest, field with obstacles) you get to learn so many things that I would not get the chance to learn back home. I definitely hope to be back soon!

I cannot over emphasise how wonderful this holiday was. The location is simply stunning whatever the weather.

Fabio was our instructor and we did the Western Ranch week so got lessons in the morning in the arena and then in the field with loads of obstacles to negotiate. We led horses and attempted herding horses. We also had the choice of hacking out in the afternoon for an extra cost which we took advantage of most days.

Fabio was a fantastic tutor - caring, kind but firm. I didn't gel with the first horse he chose for me, so it was swapped for another which was perfect for the rest of the week. The lecture he gave on the first morning was really helpful and interesting.

The other riding staff were lovely too. Always willing to show you how to tack up etc and make sure you were happy.

The villa staff - office, catering and cleaning; were so very friendly, smiley and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, food was absolutely delicious although there was far too much - you need to pace yourself ha ha!

Plenty of space for relaxing either by the fire or in the large yoga room. My daughter and I also had a one hour massage which was wonderful and only 35 euros each - bargain!!

We were lucky to be with a fantastic group of people and had a lot of fun - even ending the week with some line dancing !

We would both strongly recommend this holiday and hope to return to Cornichinno in the future.

The variety of horses was excellent. Flavia was so nice and really friendly.

I enjoyed everything. Starting from the beautiful nature, fantastic food, welcoming staff, friendly riders and our amazing tour gide. But most of all I was impressed and thankful to our horses. We couldn't have done this without them.

Great food and atmosphere

Excellent customer service and ambiance. It is a friendly ambiance. Lisa was a great guide and it shows that she loves her job, the horses and trekking.

Everything about this trip is beyond incredible. You are instantly taken into a community feeling. Everyone eats together at shared tables, the food is the best. All home made and locally sourced. The staff are all incredibly friendly and treat you as their equal and not a customer. I could not recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Meals were very healthy and delicious. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Well behaved horses. Everything exceeded my expectations

The atmosphere and the welcoming of the Cornacchino is unique and unforgettable. A constant feeling of being home thanks to the awesome team, which is after all, more like a big beautiful family. The location in breathtaking and soul healing thanks to its remoteness. The horses are amazing, well trained and very calm. The Natural Western course is absolutely to do if you wish to improve your skills, or simply to try something new. Fabio is a great teacher, very aware of it horses and with a contagious passion that comes out every time he

Even if I spent only a week at il Cornacchino, it was extremely hard to leave the place. There I really found peace and joy.

P.S. you might leave the place with some extra kg... the food is simply delicious!!
