Instructores
Helen Noakes
Co-director of the Yoga Health Mandala and founder of HN Chavutti Massage Training, Helen hosts YTTs, intensives and seminars in India, Europe, Scandinavia and the USA. Her passion is sharing Scaravelli yoga that has brought many gifts and learnings to her life. Scaravelli inspired yoga is revolutionary and offers inspiring tools to deepen whatever style of Hatha yoga you practice. You will be guided into a beautiful journey of waves and spirals into your spine which can lead into a slow and safe release of tension as well as a new and profound learning of experiencing movement.
Suzie Blair
Suzie Blair is an experienced, enthusiastic and caring yoga teacher. Having completed over 1000 hours of yoga related training courses, and taught a wide variety of students for many years, her classes are a mixture of different yoga styles suitable for the needs of every individual student. Suzie is also a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and Reiki Therapist. She believes that yoga truly is a huge gift in life and aims to inspire others to benefit from this wonderful gift.
Liz Lark
For the past 30 years, Liz Lark has been sharing her deep passion for yoga, meeting each individual where they are, whatever their level of experience and understanding. Each class she leads incorporates a blend of floor work, standing poses, breath awareness, flow sequencing, balancing postures for focus, ending with body scanning and relaxation.

Lovely Retreat
The overall retreat was fab - great food, great yoga, lovely people, and a huge amount of love and care put in by Rebecca, Olivia and Liz.
Excellent yoga sessions, where all standards were incorporated. As a beginner I never felt intimidated or 'less' while others did poses that looked impossible!
The food was also absolutely excellent. An adventure for the pallet!

Inspiring and transformative weekend of food and yoga
I cannot recommend this retreat highly enough. Rebecca was so warm, welcoming and organised which allowed me to fully relax into the experience. The food she and her assistant Sarah provided was delicious and her passion for creative cooking and conscious eating infectious. Liz Lark’s yoga sessions were inclusive for all levels, deeply relaxing and drew upon her many years of experience in varied yoga disciplines. Her massage was excellent too. The venue at Brock Cottage was stunning with a wonderful communal area for eating, relaxing and cookery demonstrations. All of this set in a stunning ancient woodland with numerous walking trails nearby made for a thoroughly rejuvenating escape from normal life. Now back at work I am still feeling the calming medicinal effects of the relaxation and health giving eating and drinking. As Rebecca has provided all the recipes and links to further information I am excited to continue on this journey into greater understanding of food, cooking and wellness.

The best retreat I’ve been on
The home from home atmosphere. The host accommodating and friendly. Small group. Safe space for a single person. Perfect pace. Yoga restorative and calming.

Excellent retreat
Yoga was suitable for beginners and more experienced people. Lovely small retreat of only 10 guests which made a great atmosphere. Food demonstrations and quality were very impressive and learnt a lot about vegan eating.

Lovely relaxing weekend
I really enjoyed this retreat and had a relaxing time which left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. The surroundings were peaceful and the yoga sessions were very good. The food was excellent & it was great learning more about Vegan cooking & made me so much more conscious of what I'm putting into my body. I liked that there was time to rest, walk & read in between activities.

Wonderful relaxing weekend
I loved learning more about plant based eating and experiencing different foods .the house was perfect for a retreat. The yoga was well explained and easy to follow although the yoga room was cosy .I loved the outdoor yoga session on the grass .There are some great walks and plenty of time to relax and get to know the other guests .A great experience and well run by the extremely hard working team

Beautiful retreat
A super time in the beautiful countryside with amazing Rebecca and Laura.
As a solo traveller I was made to feel very welcome and cared for.
Beautiful food, immense information and guidance to healthy eating with great cookery demos.
Yoga practices with Rani were superb and very accommodating for all levels.
Accommodation was superb, very comfortable and cosy.
A great weekend and would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful Yoga and Conscious Eating Retreat in Forest
Liz Lark, the yoga instructor, was amazing!
The food was exquisite, nutricious, plant-based, and prepared with incredible love by Rebecca and Laura! The dishes taught me to appreciate a number of vegetables I normally avoid ...
The accommodation was beautiful, artistic, quirky (we had a bathtub in our room!) and comfortable, with lots of natural light.
Rebecca and Laura made gorgeous meals and taught us lots about nutrition.
Our little dog, Roxy, was welcomed and made to feel part of things ...
The Nature Reserve on our doorstep made for restful walks!
I was also able to book a massage with Liz, which was wonderful: Liz taught me some exercises I can continue with to help with my shoulder mobility.

Wonderful juice fast experience and excellent yoga tuition.
The juice fast retuned my awareness of my body’s state. Rebecca’s thoughtful guidance on diet and nutrition changed my approach to eating when I returned home.
Jed’s yoga teaching which focused on breathing, mediation, and chanting, as well as the usual yoga poises, was exactly what I was looking for. Her depth of knowledge made this my best yoga experience.
It was a small group with mixed backgrounds and goals for the retreat. Rebecca, Jed and Laura created a great community experience in a very short time, and frequent walks in the woods (thought a nature reserve) made the experience complete. Lots of opportunity for conversations and time to quietly think about the spiritual aspects of the experience.

Transformational Retreat
Rebecca's nutritional knowledge was excellent with lots additional tips and advice on useful websites and recipes. Rebecca and Laura provided great juices and a wonderful breakfast on the final morning. The whole experience was extremely relaxing and I felt I had retreated into another world, especially whilst meditating in the woods. This whole experience was enhanced by the wonderful team and I had the best massage ever with Jed, well two actually!

Unforgettable experience
The location was beautiful and surrounded by nature. The first night of relaxation in the forest was just unbelievably blissful. We were spoilt by the amazing vegan food that was executed to perfection and very tasty. Each meal was deliciously satisfying without feeling bloated. cooking demonstrations was very insightful and easy to prepare at home. The organizers were just fantastic hosts and are the most strong and inspiring women. I hope to join again and I would certainly recommend this retreat to friends and family..

The Gold Standard of Retreats
Thank you so much Rebecca, Laura and Uma. I love you all so much. This was my first ever juice fasting and yoga retreat and it was perfect in every possible way. Beautifully co-ordinated, incredibly supportive, naturally inspiring and a stunning location. I loved everything and I'll be back.

Relaxing and inspiring
The vegan food was a revelation...every meal was delicious and easy to recreate. The yoga was well led in a perfect environment allowing deep and restorative meditation to take place. Overall a lovely weekend I would highly recommend and very likely repeat in the future.

Juice Fasting Yoga....
I went on this break just for the yoga and ended up on a week of fasting. Unexpectedly loosing 10 Kg including 2-3 days after the week. Now to keep that off and keep on with the yoga.

Yoga & Fasting retreat
This was my first experience of a Yoga and fasting retreat in Turkey.We were made to feel so welcome as soon as we arrived and our instructor was so informative,helpful and supportive, nothing was too much trouble.
The yoga experience was exceptional, leaving us feeling so relaxed in mind & body.
I left this retreat feeling fantastic and I would recommend anyone to give it a try as you will not be disappointed with the results . Looking forward to returning next year.
