The owners, the incredible staff, the teachers, the chefs, the lessons, the fresh foods, recipes and amount of participation on our parts, the amazing information received on many levels. The fact that we did not cook all the time and were taken to amazing towns, gardens, castles, tastings and some surprises all enhanced this marvelous week that I’ll never forget.

Mike, Guanluca, Cristina, Manuele, and all the staff are amazing hosts. They really do care about guests, and creating the best vacation experience ever for everybody. I would do it again and I highly recommend it. It is a 5 star trip.

I will love you forever! Truly luxurious accommodations, service, beauty, quality. A dream vacation of a lifetime. You will leave an expert in technique and culinary arts, and olive oil, and in history that few people ever get. I Cannot wait to return. Carla, is a gem. I am in awe Of her talents in the kitchen. Her food is absolutely stunning for every meal every day. And while she is completing Her wonderful creations, she comes out to a patio to bring you a blanket in a chilly morning, and make sure you have everything you need. The group of wonderful people that were staying with me in the Villa are my new family, that I feel completely comfortable visiting and can’t wait to see them again someday! Somehow, every person there, from those that clean the rooms to those that care for the grounds do so silently and invisible. The turn down service and sweet little sayings on cards with chocolate every night happened somehow! The kitchen was a wonderful place to gather and cook together, while being A great classroom. Pizza night was so much fun! You would not regret booking this trip. I highly recommend it to everyone. Simply beautiful memories That will last a lifetime. Ciao La Casita Sabina Until next time!
