Relaxing & rejuvenating. Samar was an incredible host and Amal's cooking was divine. It's obvious alot of thought has been put into the programme and the facilities are all well maintained and of high grade. The attention to detail, whilst still feeling like a home.

My stay in LipHe was an awsome one.. the room was super clean, well equiped like a 5-Star hotel!

The Suna room was open to a breathtaking natural mountains scenary.. makes you so relaxed and makes you forget all the world troubles! Nisrine yoga class was equally amazing .. Nisrine's kbvious deep expertise, her rigth pace for a beginner like myself and the positive you-can-do-it attitude was very encouraging.

The pool was my favorite place! The serenity, energy & clamness you can get staying in the pool is second to none!

The delicious, all new , exciting cusine delivered by Chef Amal with passion and enthusiasm makes you really go to another world!

Finally, the energy, knowldge, great positive personality & the entertaining and enriching conversations with Samar made all the difference to my stay..

LipHe is the perfect escape from the City, the view, location is magnificent. To speak about the hosts, all very attentive and meticulous. I was not sure what to expect and I was very impressed with it all, to the point where I will be booking a longer stay in the next few month.

I loved the whole experience!

Literally everything. Yet the key highlights where the food (refined, health, filling, healthy) and how it was presented. The facilities and the room - it is surely a 5-star treatment. I also liked the variety of activities. I was truly impressed. Everything exceeded my expectations. It was a journey worth every penny.

I spent 4 days at LipHe (“life”) and found it restorative, healing and profoundly peaceful. The setting is exquisite with sweeping views over olive groves and onto layers of blue mountains.

The food was a revelation for me. Amal is the most amazing cook. Every meal was beautifully presented and so tasty and fulfilling. After 4 days my skin is glowing and I feel fantastic, energized and inspired.

While the price tag may seem high, it’s real value for money. I had 4 days worth of activities for the price of 3 nights. The daily massage, and yoga (only 1-2 people) make it very reasonable. I replaced one yoga session with a guided hike along the river which was delightful. This is a stunning part of Lebanon.

I had 3 yoga classes with Nisrene who coached precisely to my abilities with humor, deep knowledge and care ( vinyasa and yin). I was sufficiently challenged and learned something new at each session and was incredibly fortunate to have her to myself 2 out of 3 days. Classes held under the exquisite blue sky overlooked by the distant mountains, drinking in the pure air and warm sunshine.

The infrared sauna and eco-pool are superb. The eco-chalet was wonderfully comfortable. I chose to sleep with just the insect screen closed, snoozing to the sound of wind in the trees.

I did not want for anything - I was discretely cared for with love and passion by the incredibly generous Amal and Sama. I can not recommend this wonderful place more highly.

I had a wonderful and relaxing experience. I was able to fully relax and be pampered. The food was delicious, the hike amazing, and getting back into yoga after an injury was comfortable and fun
