Experience a transformative five-day healing program with a focus on yoga and meditation practices. Kailash Yoga Ashram will teach you different techniques of mindfulness and some powerful asanas that you will be able to reproduce even at home, once the retreat is over. Kailash Yoga Ashram's mission is to first understand your personal needs, state of mind, and health issues so that they can lead you on your spiritual journey towards self-care and well-being. They will give you useful tips for finding inner peace and balance, even in the hustle of a busy lifestyle.
Besides practical classes of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation, you will have the opportunity to admire the beauty of Rishikesh with its stunning landscapes of mountain ranges, underlined by the Ganga River flowing underneath. They will take you to holy places to fully inspire the special atmosphere of this city with its rich history and traditions. Nevertheless, the journey of rejuvenation would not be complete without a balanced diet. That is why they pay special attention when selecting meals for the yogis. With homemade cuisine, using solely local and organic ingredients, your body will receive the nutrients it needs to take you through these active days.
Yoga asana
One to two yoga sessions daily: start your day with a grounding morning Yoga flow to get you feeling alive and ready for whatever comes your way. Then, as the sun sets, join them for a gentle practice to help you let go of any stress you might be holding and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
Meditation
One or two daily outdoor meditation sessions, where you will not only connect with yourselves but also with nature to help you heal. Additionally, you will be taught various techniques to quiet your mind and discover your true inner self.
Pranayama
Your mornings will start with simple yet powerful breathing techniques that have a profound, soul-nurturing impact by channeling vital life force. You will also learn how to use your breath as an anchor to stay in the present moment - where life truly unfolds.

Rohit
Rohit initially found his way to the practice as a self-taught yogi. Indeed, he received his first book about yoga on his 14th birthday and got particularly interested in how the body and mind work. He began practicing on his own at home for some time. Later, he decided to travel for several years to many regional places such as Haridwar, Varanasi, Gangotri, and Kurukshetra, attending ashrams to deepen his yoga practice and dive into the world of meditation. Only after these years of self-practice and life experience as a real yogi did he realize where his true path leads him.
Ankit
Ankit is qualified as a yoga teacher and personal trainer. Ankit is known for his no-nonsense teaching style and super sense of humor; his colleagues consider him an invaluable source of inspiration and support. Ankit's students are made to feel at ease and comfortable through his pleasant personality and helpful guidance. Ankit gives 120% to his passion for teaching, living, and defining healthy boundaries with all systems around him.
