Krishna is an extraordinary Balinese yoga teacher known for her deeply spiritual and healing approach. Each session begins with a grounding meditation and her beautiful mantra chanting, setting a sacred tone for the practice. She teaches healing yoga, Hatha, Yin, and meditation with warmth, humor, and heart—making every class a joyful and transformative experience.

Komang Swandewi is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, known for her calm presence and mindful guidance. A specialist in traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga, she also teaches modern styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa. Her classes gently invite you to stay present—on the mat and within yourself—while her peaceful, non-judgmental energy inspires transformation through example.

Nyoman has explored many spiritual traditions, ultimately finding the common thread of the heart in all of them. Her journey led her to Hatha and Yin yoga, which she now shares with deep gratitude and presence. Nyoman also leads sound healing ceremonies and always brings her healing bowls to infuse her meditations with soothing, high-vibration energy—offering a truly spiritual and grounding experience after each yoga session.

Adi is a highly experienced teacher of traditional Balinese Watukaru Yoga, with over 30 years of practice in yoga therapy, meditation, pranayama, and chakra healing. He is also trained in Balinese martial arts and has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 20 years. A disciple of one of Bali’s oldest spiritual ashrams, Adi has developed his own healing approach to help boost immunity and restore balance through movement, breath, and energy work.
