I just finished the 28-day retreat at Ground Zero. Overall, it’s been a rich and well-balanced experience.
What stands out most is the quality and diversity of the classes. Each coach brings a different personality and teaching style, making the training feel holistic rather than repetitive.
Bokator provides a strong traditional martial arts foundation. Chorrvy has a soft but strong approach, with supportive energy and high expectations that help you progress without pressure.
For Kun Khmer, Jort offers dynamic sessions focused on pad work. Dennis is highly motivational and detail-oriented, constantly refining technique and fundamentals. Nick combines technical knowledge with hands-on coaching that translates theory into practice.
In Warrior Movement, Freddy brings a playful but demanding energy that challenges endurance and focus.
The yoga program complements the physical training very well. Chorrvy brings structure and balance, Srey Lin focuses on inversions and body awareness, Neus develops strength and mobility through flowing sequences, and Coryn’s restorative sessions centered on meditation and deep stretching help recovery.
One aspect I particularly appreciated is the lack of pressure. Goals and commitment are defined by each individual, making the experience adaptable rather than rigid.
Ideal for anyone looking to rebuild consistency, improve fitness, reconnect with their body, and reset. Its strength lies in the balance between intensity, diversity and freedom
