Chiara (Tera Seema Kaur) Ulivieri
Tera Seema is a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years. She started with Ashtanga yoga and she is still practicing Iyengar yoga as a complement to her daily Kundalini yoga practice and teachings. She has studied under the guidance of Hargobind Singh, who was more than 30 years next to Yogi Bhajan, and she is still studying under the guidance of the Karam Kriya yoga school of Shiv Charan Singh. She completed a full year of women's training in pregnancy yoga, women leadership, and postpartum caring, She is trained in psychotherapy bodywork based on the bioenergetic analysis of Reich and Lowen.
Erica (Jasbir Kaur) Monti
Erica has been a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 2006. She has also completed and taught Prenatal yoga Khalsa Way. She has completed three modules of KRI level 2. Erica has studied under the guidance of master teachers Hari Kaur, Gurmukh, Gurushabad Singh, Siri Sat, and Guru Dharam. She is known for bringing in each class music, dance, and extensive knowledge of the healing field.
