Mercersburg Inn

Larry and Linda are extremely experienced and knowledgeable and feel like they have been your friends forever, right away. They give 200%, when teaching cheese making, and the whole experience is very fun. I did not know anything about making cheese when I arrived, but now I feel like I can go home and make at least five different kinds and other fresh, high-quality dairy products as well. Plus, I’m taking home a suitcase full of delicious fresh cheese that we made, ourselves!! The Inn is beautiful, the innkeeper and staff very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

The Mercersburg Inn staff were kind and helpful, the sommelier Marc Supsic was knowledgeable and laid back, and the guests that have returned year after for this event made it a great one. The food was outstanding, the inn was beautifully decorated, & my room with the four poster bed was a quiet haven.

The instructors were awesome and left the course learning how to make 3 different types of cheese.

Great venue and cooking experience at the Mercersburg Inn. Accommodations were what you would expect from a historical building, but very well maintained. Kitchen was the right size for our group and we enjoyed the friendship as much as the cooking techniques shared by Francois.

The instructors rocked! Very knowledgeable, great teachers, and wonderful stories.

The place was absolutely stunning, the staff was accomodating, kind and on top of their game. The food was amazing. The culinary experience was more educational fun then expected. I was a solo attendee and I did not feel left out, or alone. I cannot wait to go again, such a beautiful stay.

Loved the classses and the chef. Had a great time with the other guests.
