Melissa is a Yoga Therapist, Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Mentor with TSHA. Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in B.C., Canada, she brings years of expertise in yoga, sound healing, and mindfulness mentoring to design personalized strategies that empower clients to cultivate well-being and lasting habits of wellness. Specializing in nervous system regulation & stress reduction, Melissa helps clients create customized practices that support their healing journey and foster transformation in all areas of life!
Jen McCarthy
I have 25 plus years of senior leadership roles combined with entrepreneurial experience, my coaching blends lived knowledge with intuitive guidance, mindfulness and energetic alignment. I pursued my Reiki level 1 in 2006, Reiki Level 2 in 2007 and Yoga Teacher training in 2009 followed by Restorative Yoga training with Judith Hanson Lasater in 2013. I've since completed my Usui Reiki Level III (Master Teacher) training & I have been initiated into the frequency of the Ancient Egyptian Ka Energy system and draw upon the guidance of this system in all my offerings.
