Lenka has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 15 years. She is a qualified craniosacral biodynamic practitioner, bodyworker, Thai massage therapist, trauma therapist, and Kundalini teacher. She trained in Thai yoga massage in London with the Mudita school and in Thailand at Chiang Mai. She has been professionally working for over eight years with people of all ages and loves to help them restore health to their bodies through her treatments. She has been teaching Thai yoga massage for several years and principally at British music and holistic festivals.

From an early age, Dr. Rohit developed a passion for Indian culture, yoga, and spiritualism. This early interest naturally led him to pursue a career as an Ayurveda physician. Dr. Rohit has earned a reputation as a trusted expert in the field of Ayurveda, respected by both his peers and his patients. He has mastered the art of healing various ailments using traditional Ayurvedic methods and incorporates safe and proven treatments from Western medicine. Every year, Dr. Rohit travels to Europe to meet with his patients there, demonstrating his commitment to their health and well-being.
