Having a range of both experienced and new riders Hashim ensured all levels of rider were accommodated . Absolutely the main highlight was the quality of the accomodation and food provided .

Crew were constantly taking photos and video of our experience and we all look forward to seeing the end production as there will undoubtedly be footage and photos we ourselves simply couldn’t get . It was simply the little things that Hashim and his team do that make all the difference

I was travelling with my 78 year old father. His needs and limitations were met without feeling like anything was lost in the adventure. Fed well, hydrated well, rested appropriately and excited the whole trip. Even the fuel stop was an adventure.

These guys know there stuff.

We were also hit with a bit of sickness over the journey. Once again got well supported with this.

Hashim and his support crew were amazing with helping and entertaining us the whole way, as well as being able to answer every question asked.

What an amazing host and special outfit. Hashim’s experience and understanding of what turns a standard biking tour into an extraordinary biking adventure, and his immense local knowledge about Ladakh, its infrastructure and roads, were seriously impressive and invaluable. To learn so much of the region and its history was an unexpected bonus. Whenever we were thrown a twist (for example 80+ bikers waiting for fuel because the only fuel station’s generator broke down, or a host at our planned overnight stay who had decided without any forewarning to leave and attend the Dalai Lama’s teachings in Leh), Hashim and our committed backup team devised a brilliant plan to overcome it and make us feel like we are VIP clients. I think we were the only bikers who had a swift 10minute roadside refuelling instead of a 3 to 4 hour delay! And his flexibility that allowed an added unplanned 120km sunset ride on the 4th day to get to alternative accommodation was just awesome!! He also very quickly figured out what type of riding Tosh and I liked and he had a surprise in store for us every single day! On the first day we were even treated with the most delicious 5 star picnic for lunch in a serene and breathtaking setting next to a river. The overnight stays were filled with character and the food was always delicious! The last night we were treated with a special gourmet dinner. Definitely the best biking experience of my life and I will be back- with friends!! Thanks Hashim and Karma Yatr!

Right from the minute we first met Hashim he was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us if we had a query or problem on the trip. We enjoyed his knowledge of the areas we travelled around Nepal, Saw amazing sights of the mountains, & lower Mustang & we stayed at some wonderful places like Bandipur, Pokhara, Dhampus Chitwan and Kathmandu. Hashim customized the tour to meet our requests. Some parts were challenging to a novice ADV rider like myself but that was the fun part of the adventure. The length of this tour was perfect for me. Not too long.

I got to see and experience parts of India that I would have never have otherwise.

I’m very happy we scheduled a day off the bikes so we could enjoy the beach and nightlife in Goa.

Hasim is very knowledgeable and gave great stories about each area we visited.

Hashim was a great tour guide. Fun to be with and ride with. We had lots of chats and laughs and he holds a wealth of knowledge about India. He looked after us all very well. I rode the new RE Himalayan 450 which was a great bike to ride. The accomodation he had picked are all in beautiful locations. Exactly what we needed after a long day in the saddle. The food he chose for us at the stops was delicious and all the little refreshment breaks along the way trying different street food were terrific. The support vehicle looked after our shopping needs if we needed anything. Hashim tailored the route for some of the guys who needed a break and we all had a fantastic time.

I will be back to do a Himalayan tour in the future with Hashim.

Karma Yatri: Hashim and his crew Sonu & Stan were amazing. Hashim took me to Kargil, Zanskar Valley and Pangong Tso (lake). He knows the area and the roads like the back of his hand. Road closed: detour - no problem!

His planning of the whole trip is meticulous! Hotel locations were brilliant! Rooms were great, food was delicious, roads were amazing, views were fantastic! The RE Himalayan performed flawlessly.

Hashim is very easy to work with and quite accommodating to your needs. He speaks Hindi, Kashmiri, Tamil, English, German and French. So, communication is never an issue, which makes life so much more easier.

I could go on and on: I truly do not have anything negative to say about this whole 10-day trip, or experience. I shall cherish the memories for a very long time...

Well organised trip, incredible landscape and amazing off road route.

Hashim took us, amateur riders, across beautiful Goa and beyond in a very organised, clever and secure way, allowing us to enjoy the rides and the country.

Riding the RE Himalayans was a true pleasure throughout all terrains up to uphill off road.

The selected places were peaceful and beautiful, allowing us to rest for the next riding day.

Hashim will have a lot of pleasure to speak with you and share his extensive knowledge of the world.

Food was much better than expected - varied and delicious - so unfortunately in twenty days I put on three kg.

Accommodation was also better than I expected: there was a lot of variety, sometimes quirky but always clean and comfortable. The stay in a colonial tea plantation villa was exceptional.

Support services were very good. Nice guys who seemed to have a magic carpet to get their ute to wherever we stopped for a break within minutes of us stopping even when the traffic was particularly mental or the way more moonscape than road.

The Royal Enfields supplied were all less than three years old, were ideal for the conditions, and were well maintained overnight by the travelling mechanic.

Hard to single out any one particular thing . Route and scenery magnificent. Guide and back up staff were top drawer. Accommodation was perfect especially considering where we went. Clean and the staff were always very polite helpful and accommodating. Always piping hot water morning and evening and lovely locations and good food. A privilege to enjoy riding with my 3 sons. As for the bikes RE Himalayan 411 the most unassuming, tolerant, indestructible forgiving bikes you can imagine. Perfect for the terrain. I cannot recommend Karma Yatri enough. last word reserved for Hashim who made the trip and ensured everything was spot on.

I’ve been on numerous motorcycle tours all over the world and Hashim is a fantastic guide that put together an unforgettable adrenaline packed trip — but covered all the bases to keep things relatively safe and comfortable. Extremely knowledgeable and speaks exceptional English and can assist with booking all aspects of the trip. Weather was perfect and we covered so much varying terrain that it was always an interesting adventure. The extreme altitudes (up to 18,000’) for some of the passes and towns were no problem for anyone in the group. I highly recommend this trip.

Everything exceeded my expectations, from advice and support pre-tour to the quality of the accommodation, bikes and food - extremely good value for money. The locations and roads we travelled were completely stunning and somehow the support crew were never more than a few minutes behind. All in all a truly fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone with the right level of biking skills who wants an adventure!!

This was my first India tour, and I didn't really know what to expect. As it turned out, going with Hashim and Karma Yatri (who I found on bookmotorcycletours.com) was an excellent decision.

The tour hit all the marks. The route had a variety of road types, from highway to small winding roads through the coffee plantations and parks, to high mountain gravel. I rode the Royal Enfield Classic, which handles most any type of road condition, like the workhorse it was designed to be. A comfortable ride, even over long distances.

The scenery along the way opened my eyes to the beauty and spaces of India, from the coast of Goa then inland. The accommodations were suitable for an adventure trip of this kind. Some very nice places in the more touristed areas, and in the more remote areas, where you would not find a "fancy" place at all, the accommodations were always clean and comfortable.

And the food...oh my...through the roof delicious, wherever we stopped. Sometimes it was a small restaurant in a village, other times at a seaside resort. Plenty of it too.

I also appreciated that we had a support car with mechanic and driver along the way, if anything went wrong. Though nothing really did, it's good to have it.

Our guide Hashim was organized, attended to the details, made sure we had what we needed, and informative about the culture and places we went.

I have no hesitation to join a tour with Karma Yatri again.

Aside from the wonderful country of India, this tour encompassed a rich variation in rides; tarmac, off-road, twisties and scenery. The company (5 in total) bonded well, not least through Hashim's organisation; bikes were exchanged and the varied accommodation would be hard to beat.

I'd do it again.
