As culinary advisor, he provides our company with valuable professional input to ensure our tours are tasty and educational. Owner and culinary tour creator of Let’s Eat The World, Yetunde brings decades of experience in food and hospitality industry to every tour she creates. With a passion for cultural exchange, this avid cook builds holidays for fellow food & travel lovers looking to get more out of their vacations. Let’s Eat The World’s experiences are designed to celebrate the unique cultures you visit with local guides, wonderful hands-on cooking lessons and memories to last a lifetime. You can bet that each tour with its unique components has been personally tasted and tested.

A certified French sommelier, Frédéric worked over 12 years in fine-dining restaurants in New York, Gijon (Spain), Montréal, Ajaccio (Corsica), Paris, Cannes & Monaco as an executive restaurant manager. A Bordeaux native, wine has always been a passion for him. He decided to take that passion one step further in pursuing his studies at the prestigious WSET in London (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), thus earning this highest degree certification in world wines & spirits – level 3. Frederic is a wine educator and wine distributor whose expert tips will deepen your wine knowledge and appreciation

Karen is a guide and local expert during our culinary experience in Uzès. A mom, avid cook, and food & wine enthusiast, she loves meeting people of different origins as she sees it as a way to open your eyes to the world around us. For her meal time is a moment of sharing, exchange, and well-being. She adds her extensive knowledge of the region in which she has lived for over 35 years to our team and will be more than happy to offer suggestions on how to enjoy the Pays d’Uzès.

Chef Sam is a culinary maestro with a zest for life and a taste for adventure! Hailing from the vibrant city of Seville, Chef Samuel embarked on a flavorful journey that has taken him across the globe. This culinary virtuoso honed his skills at the prestigious Escuela Superior de Hostelería before setting off on a whirlwind culinary escapade. Seville became his playground, where he dazzled taste buds at the Patisserie Flor de la Pasión and wowed diners at the hip ConTenedor restaurant. He even left his mark at the luxurious Hotel Alfonso XIII and the beloved local gem, Casa Robles.

Once a safari mechanic, now a storyteller on the move, Gideon leads Let’s Eat Tanzania guests through unforgettable moments—from crater rims to local markets. With warmth, humor, and deep local knowledge, he brings Tanzania’s wildlife and culture to life.
