Itinerary
Days 1 - 2
Today you'll all meet at the hotel in Delhi, just about 10 minutes from the airport. You'll have a chance to swim, relax, and get to know the other participants. The next morning, you'll all fly up to Leh and drive 1.5 hours to the Eco Lodge at Hemisshukpachan.
Days 3 - 7
The next four days will be an array of adventure, mindfulness, exploration, and discovery. You'll experience deep breathwork journeys, workshops, and day trips. You will have a strict "No Phone Policy" for the duration of your time at Togocheepa. This is intended to create a unique space where you can connect to yourself and remember what it was like to be in nature, uninterrupted and without distractions.
Days 8 - 9
You head west to Lamayuru Monastery to catch a glimpse of the Yuru Kabgyat Festival. This incredible tradition dates back 1,200 years and includes local monks performing masked dances to ward off evil spirits.
After the festival, you'll take off on foot for your first camp spot. The next two days will be spent walking through the Himalayas, practicing breathwork amidst the mountains, and spending nights near a fire under the stars.
Day 10
You'll have one more chai and bid farewell to the mountains as you all fly back down to Delhi. Your hotel is reserved through the night, so regardless of when your flight departs, you'll have a place to crash.
Is the expedition for you?
This journey is not designed for everyone.

- Looking for your tribe: In search of weird people to discuss neuroscience, biohacking, and the afterlife
- Physically fit: Capable of trekking at high altitudes
- High-performing leader: A founder or visionary ready for a deeply challenging adventure
- Open to vulnerability: Willing to be guided into extremes - both physically and emotionally
- Stepping into the unknown: Rejecting the tourist route and only interested in roads rarely traveled
Your experiences in the mountains
They've crafted some of the most unique and transformative activities
- Breathwork and meditation: In the Himalayas, the breath takes on a different power. Here, you’ll journey far beyond basic techniques, weaving together deep immersive breathwork with Tibetan practices rarely taught outside monastery walls. These sessions are not exercises; they’re doorways, connecting you to the mountains, the silence, and the ancient energy that has moved through this land for centuries.
- Immersive workshops: During the retreat, you’ll take part in talks that reveal both the origins and the cutting-edge insights of breath and meditation. From the hidden histories of Himalayan practitioners to the latest discoveries in neuroscience, these lectures are designed to expand the way you think about consciousness itself. You’ll explore how breath influences the brain, nervous system, and perception of reality, while also revisiting stories and traditions that shaped humanity’s search for inner freedom.
- Personal development: Through movement, guided interaction, and breath, you’ll uncover how to step into presence with another while staying grounded in yourself. These practices create a safe but vibrant space to explore balance, attraction, resistance, and flow — the same forces that shape how we relate in the world. Many participants describe these sessions as breakthroughs in awareness, often realizing just how much unconscious patterning influences their connections.
- Discussions: During your time, you'll meet with spiritual leaders from the region and have the chance to ask them questions about Buddhism, meditation, and life on the rooftop of the world.
Excursies
Beyond the breathwork sessions, you’ll visit meditation caves where monks and sages once practiced for years in silence. You’ll walk through mountain villages where life continues much as it has for centuries, shaped by simplicity and ritual. You’ll participate in Buddhist festivals, where chants, dances, and vibrant colors fill the air, offering a glimpse into traditions that have endured in these high valleys. These journeys are meant to immerse you in the culture and history of the Himalayas while complementing the inner work of the journey.
