Instructores
David Vasquez
David is a certified Wim Hof Instructor, breathwork facilitator, and retreat leader from Ecuador, shaped by the wild beauty of the Galápagos Islands. His healing journey began after overcoming years of addiction, leading him to the transformative power of breath, cold exposure, and ritual. Now, he shares these tools with clarity and compassion, blending science-based methods with heart-centered guidance. Trained in trauma-informed bodywork and ceremonial facilitation, David helps others access resilience, release, and embodied presence.
Cristian Mena
Cristian Mena studied massage, anatomy, and physiology in Brighton, United Kingdom (2016), where he developed an understanding of touch and mindful presence as tools for healing. In 2020, he discovered the Wim Hof Method in Altafulla and became a certified instructor in 2023, focusing on nervous system regulation through breathwork, exercise, and cold exposure. He further expanded his approach with a Life Coach certification (2025, Life Coach Training Institute) and completed the Warrior Training with the Mankind Project (2025, Exeter, United Kingdom).
