Yoga has been part of Sven's daily life for the past 13 years. He has studied Hatha yoga in Tallinn, Estonia, FlyHigh Yoga in Bali, Indonesia, and deepened his Hatha practice in Rishikesh, India. Yoga and meditation are the cornerstones of his wellbeing, helping him stay balanced, grounded, and present in everyday life. He also practices Qigong, which supports his energy, breath, and body awareness. Through these practices, Sven aims to cultivate calm strength, clarity, and a more conscious way of living.

As a child in Indonesia, he dreamt of Europe - the classic details, timeless charm, and sense of order he saw in books and films. Those images stayed with him for years, tucked away in my mind. And now, there he is, living on a small island in the Baltic Sea.
