Gerry Rickard
Originally from Ireland, Gerry made a complete lifestyle change in 2009 when he left the corporate world and after 10 years in Portugal, moved to Mozambique in 2022 where he runs MindWise Mozambique from his home in Vilanculos by the idyllic Bazaruto Archipelago. He holds a 4-year MA in Mindfulness-Based Teaching degree from the Centre for Mindfulness Research at Bangor University, Wales, United Kingdom. Visiting friends in India years ago he found what he needed: The ability to inhabit both body and mind and reach a place of calmness, stillness and stability.
