Certifications

You will receive a certificate of participation for each level that you complete. If you want to become a Certified White Tiger Instructor, you will need to complete all five levels, take a written test, as well as submit your forms for a video analysis after completing the course.

How the training works

This Master Course and Teacher Training consists of 5 levels.

Levels 1-4 focus on a specific area and practice. They would be taken in order and at your own pace. Upon completion of each level, you will receive a certification of completion.

If you only want to focus on certain areas and not become a certified White Tiger Qigong Teacher, then Levels 1 to 4 would be perfect for you.

Level 5 is for those who have taken levels 1-4 and are now ready to complete the Teacher Training portion. This would allow you to become a certified White Tiger Qigong instructor in 5 Element Qigong.

You could complete it in 15 weeks or at your own pace. There will be approximately 3 hours of recorded video sent to you every week so you can access it anytime. Additionally, there will be a live Q&A session with Master Instructor Tevia Feng in every module.

White Tiger Qigong suggests/recommends a minimum of 3-5 hours per week and for optimal practice, 1 hour per day 5-6 days per week.

Course information

Master Instructor Tevia Feng and his team have developed this course so you are able to study at your own pace at home and anywhere in the world. You will gain access to their advanced learning portal and Master Tevia Feng will deliver weekly Q&A online sessions, live. They will ensure you have one of the most profound and unforgettable Qigong experiences of your life.

He will be sharing ancient techniques that you can easily assimilate and gain a deep understanding of. He has spent years of his life working with Chinese Medicine doctors, anatomy specialists, and fascia experts to develop the most advanced and comprehensive Qigong training anywhere that he has found.

The dynamic 5 Element Qigong is associated with a different internal organ and related meridian. Each animal form works to heal and bring into balance the internal organs and the meridians of the body. Each animal represents a different element of the 5 elements in Chinese medicine.
