About the Meditation Training
Welcome to the transformative journey of their 100-Hour Meditation Yoga Teacher Training Course at Akshi Yogashala. This program is specially crafted for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding and practice of meditation, fostering a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit.
This 13-day residential 100-Hour Meditation Teacher Training in Rishikesh India includes in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of meditation and relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, pranayama, mantras, philosophy, anatomy, and other subjects that help you in teaching and practicing meditation.
Curriculum:
- Hatha yoga
- Shat kriyas
- Pranayama
- Meditation, relaxation, and Yoga Nidra
- Anatomy and Philosophy
- Mantra chanting
The curriculum includes theoretical as well as practical demonstrations of these subjects.
Discipline and Rules
Discipline is a must in the ashram for all the students who have come to do yoga Training and Yoga Teacher Training. Not following the rules may lead to expulsion from the ashram or from the training or debarred from the certificate.
- 90 percent attendance is compulsory.
- Alcoholic drinking, smoking, and eating non-vegetarian food of any kind is strictly prohibited
- Cell phone is strictly forbidden to be used in any yoga class
- It is mandatory for all the students to appear for the theoretical and practical examinations
- All the students should participate in Karma yoga
- Students must inform the concerned authorities in advance if he/she is not interested in having the breakfast / lunch / dinner at school
- Teachers must be informed in case of absence from the class or meals due to illness, injury, or any other personal problems
- Students are expected to follow discipline, display good and decent behavior, and respect for their teachers
- Permission has to be taken from the class teachers for video recording and photography during the class
- Nudity is not allowed in Public Areas of the ashram, roofs of buildings and balconies
It is the duty of each student to follow all the rules and maintain discipline in the school. Any misconduct or non-compliance of the rules will be strictly dealt with and could amount to disqualification.
