Meditation and yoga are two of the most popular exercises for stress relief. The first is known to overcome negativity and replace it with a hopeful disposition. Through yoga and meditation, CC's' students become stronger and learn how to master their emotions.
Their yoga retreats are year-round, and you are welcome to start any day of your choosing. They offer a relaxed and nurturing environment to inspire you!
For each day of the week during your retreat, there will be various activity options. You’ll be free to mix and match your retreat days. Choose Program A on Monday, Program B on Tuesday, and an alternative option on Wednesday, or any combination that suits you.
Create a personalized retreat experience that’s unique to your interests, with flexibility each day to explore different activities. Soon after booking, CC's Hideaway will ask you to consider which program options you want for the first full day of your retreat, and you can advise them as soon as possible so that they can schedule you for your desired activities.
CC's Hideaway will usually be able to accommodate scheduling changes after the consultation on-site, even if just 24 hours in advance, but it is not guaranteed.
If you're interested in booking a personal private session (yoga, Reiki, sound healing), they suggest reserving for at least 48 hours. The yoga classes offer a range of practices, and you can easily find a schedule that suits you best. They even offer multiple morning and evening classes during certain months, such as November through March.
Your retreat includes both check-in and check-out days without scheduled activities, so you will have time to relax and settle in. This is because guests' arrival and departure times may need to align with the activity schedule and require time for consultation.
Yoga
Yoga classes are typically offered at CC's' rooftop yoga studio or other nearby beaches and parks unless an excursion is indicated. Most of the yoga classes include guided asana practice, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and chanting.
The instructors will make everyone feel welcome, no matter if they're a first timer or experienced. They will always have an eye on the participants and will help and support if needed. You can't be reunited with nature more than when doing yoga, watching the sunset, and listening to the birds at the rooftop studio.
Private yoga day
A private yoga class is especially suitable for timid beginners, expecting mothers, those suffering from injuries, or students looking to intensify areas of their practice. The class will be tailored to your limitations, injuries, and level of practice by CC's' experienced yoga teacher.
A 60-minute session will include meditation, asana practice, and pranayama. On the same day, you will be provided with a one-hour Thai or oil massage. CC's recommends this program to start your retreat program, and it is offered on any day of the week.
Yoga and holistic workshops
Chakra tuning workshop:
Embark on a transformative journey with CC's' chakra activation workshop. This interactive experience explores chakra theory and practical techniques. It will incorporate meditation, , singing bowls, tuning forks, crystals, color therapy, mantras, affirmations, metaphorical cards, and oracle cards.
Additionally, you will practice harmonizing and activating energy centers. Discover how these tools can enhance your connection with your inner energy and empower you to set intentions for personal growth.
Yoga fundamentals
This workshop is designed for everyone, but especially for beginners, and also for experienced practitioners who want to review the fundamental aspects of this ancient practice, in theory and practice.
You will look into the foundations of yoga philosophy and how it relates to practice, as well as some basic techniques for how to use the breath and bandhas, the energy locks that are so essential to the practice but are often overlooked in open classes.
You will also look at some foundational poses and exercises that can support you in your practice of any style of yoga. The purpose is for you to feel more connected to the core of yoga in your future practice, knowing more clearly how to use the tools of yoga, how, and why.
You will also always have the choice to try something new: Aerial yoga, Muay Thai boxing, or deep healing sound bath.

Private surfing day (seasonal)
A private lesson begins with understanding the aquatic and swimming history of each new surfer. Understanding the waves, weather conditions, and respecting currents is a must. Then, you'll start to practice standing up on the board. Once you get the hang of it, you will get into the water and start on the small waves close to shore with your instructor right next to your board.
You will begin safely lying down on your board and wait to feel the movement of the water. Then, you will start moving yourself up on your knees, and before you know it, you’re up and surfing.
When you get that first wave, you may be hooked! The lesson duration is 90 minutes, and the surfboard will be yours for the whole day.
Transportation
Check-in / check-out days will have a round-trip airport transfer or transfer from other hotels in Phuket, ferry pier, or bus station. Transportation to all activities listed in the program are included, as well as a daily hourly beach shuttle from 09:00 to 21:00. You will have easy access to three of the finest Phuket beaches: Kata Noi, Kata Yai, and Karon Beach.

She believes in bio-individuality and that with the right balance of the nutrients, and physical and psychological (emotional) conditions, your body has an amazing ability to rejuvenate and self-restore. Her mission is to encourage and guide you to healthy, balanced, and mindful living. She is also a certified yoga Nidra guided meditation practitioner.

Stefanie is a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher with nearly 20 years of experience guiding others on their journey to inner peace. She teaches Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, and has recently integrated Reiki into her practice to support deeper healing and connection. With a calm and compassionate presence, Stefanie creates space for students to slow down, tune in, and rediscover their inner wisdom.
Location
This retreat will be held in Phuket, Thailand, on the foothills overlooking the Andaman Sea between Kata and Karon Beach. The lush hills and nearby beaches of Kata and Karon will be your vibrant playground for this escapade. Phuket's finest beaches are within reach. Kata beach, just below the hills, is made up of two main beaches, Kata Yai and Kata Noi. Kata Yai (big Kata) has soft, powdery sand meeting turquoise water, which swings from a millpond in the dry season to a small surf beach in the wet.
Commercial areas are also nearby, streets teeming with restaurants, accommodations, and other business establishments. With vast views of the Andaman Sea, fine beaches, and nearby commercial centers, this is the perfect location for a fun and invigorating retreat.

Elephant Sanctuary Day

Eye-opening and inspiring experience at a pioneering ethical elephant tourism establishment on the island. Phuket Elephant Sanctuary rescues sick, injured, and old elephants who have spent their entire lives working in the logging and tourism industries.
Your visit starts at the Sanctuary Tree Top Lounge, where they will show you an educational video documentary to prepare you for your encounter with the elephants. Next up, you will feed the elephants. While they enjoy their baskets of fruits, you have a chance to learn from our guides about the background of each elephant.
You then venture into the sanctuary and explore Thailand’s longest canopy walkway as well as several natural trails to locate the elephants, and to observe them forage and bathe freely. By keeping a safe and respectful distance, the elephants have the freedom to express their natural behavior, from bathing and playing in ponds and rivers to socializing with each other.
