This muay thai boxing training comes with added VIP lessons to improve you quickly. The accommodation has a good-sized, private air-conditioned room a few steps away from the gym for you own space and enjoyment. The gym has good Wi-Fi and friendly atmosphere. The area that gym is based at is one of the most beautiful areas in Thailand and is breath taking scenery. If you are a beginner or advanced student, you will love their homely set up.

You will be accommodated in a single air-conditioned room. The accommodation is right outside of the gym and is placed in their large garden with large palm trees surrounding it. The showers and toilets are very closely situated to the room. The window has a large mosquito net in the window for nice air flow. There is a local shop opposite the gym to get drinks and snacks. The area is really pleasant and people are all nice. Other budget options are available upon request for shared accommodation.
Program
On the first day, you will get picked up at the airport, brought to the camp, and check in the room. Training starts at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and goes for one and a half to two hours, and again in the afternoon starting at 4:00 p.m. and goes for one and a half hours to two hours. Your VIP lessons can be booked at 9:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. six days a week.

VIP session is your time with a trainer if you would like cover something particular that you can ask. Sunday is a well deserved rest day where you can explore the beautiful province Krabi. Being close to the famous Koh Phi Phi island, Phuket, Trang. There are lots to do.
Curriculum
The gym has several rules you have to follow during your training listed below:
- Always wai your Kru / Ajarn at the start of the day
- Wear muay thai shorts or short pants
- No smoking or consuming alcohol is permitted in gym area
- Mobile phones are not to be used in training time (video-ing is allowed with permission)
- Jogging and no walking
- Wai kru is to be practiced
- Committing to a fight is a verbal contract
- You must not use bad language in the gym
- Must be helpful to all
- Fighting is for your Kru / Ajarn with pride and honor
- Eat sensibly
- Try and take part in every session

Honour Gym started for the love of the sport, Muay Thai. This shall carry on by giving the opportunity for fighters from around the world to enjoy the sport and having the perfect setting to achieve the high volume of training to become a fighter and compete in this wonderful sport.

Instructors
Howard Stamper
Howard has been involved in Muay Thai for more than 25 years plus and spent 12 years living in Thailand. He has had 40 fights as his active time as a fighter. He won a gold medal in the World Championships in Thailand and a national title from hhome country the United Kingdom. His goal as a gym manager is for people to experience real feel Muay Thai(Thaiboxing)with the intensity lowered to obtain the understanding of what is needed to achieve and to become a Thai boxer in Thailand. This good understanding of the. fundamentals/basics e.g footwork, Punch, Knee, Elbow and Kick.
Ajarn Bus
Fight: 110 Home: Krabi Age: 23 Style: Muay Khao Notable Victory : Kongsuk Sor Sumalee Ajarn Bus, long term member of the gym, only 23 with over 100 fights. He favours a a Muay Khao style involving heavy knees, excellent in the clinch too. His measured and calm teaching style with have you confident up close ‘in the pocket’.

Ajarn Loy, a seasoned Muay Thai fighter from Buriram with over 205 fights to his name, brings decades of experience and a sharp Fimeu style to his teaching. At 43, he remains a long-time favorite at the gym, known not only for his notable win over Kongla S. Srisompong, but also for his playful sense of humor. Location
The gym is based in beautiful Ao Nang in Krabi. The area boosts natural beauty and also national parks in the area. Beautiful beaches run for kilometers on end. The gym is situated 20 minutes from Krabi town. You can get there very cheaply. The amenities are good in Ao nang with two large supermarkets with western food. The gym is situated 4 kilometers from Ao Nang beach (main beach), while the closest beach is 2 kilometers away.
