- 08:00 Breakfast and mobility: Breakfast together, coffee on the terrace, and a light mobility flow before training
- 09:30 BJJ coaching block: Technical instruction, drilling, and level-aware rounds with coaching that scales from beginner to advanced
- 13:00 Lunch / reset / work block: Eat, rest, journal, answer work, or head back out for a light second surf depending on conditions
- 15:30 Surf session: Daily surf coaching with board guidance, transport planning, and conditions adapted to the group
- 19:00 Dinner and community time: Shared dinners, sunsets, good conversation, and enough downtime to recover well for the next day

Jamal is calm, multilingual, and highly experienced at matching surf guidance to the level and confidence of the group.
Mehdi
Mehdi is a BJJ coach. Brown belt, African sub-champion, and a technical coach who makes every session feel structured, sharp, and accessible.
Carlos Eduardo
Carlos Eduardo is a competition coach. High-level competitor with a strong eye for details, game plans, and turning hard rounds into real progress.
