Hina Hale Hawaii

Jodie has been around the teachings of yoga and the Vedic sciences for decades since her first little one (now grown) was in her belly. In addition to earning a master's degree in Counseling Psychology, she has studied and shared yoga, Ayurveda, and spiritual teachings for the past two decades. She works as an Ayurvedic Educator, Mental Health Counselor and Wellness Consultant. She lives on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii, where Hina Hale was born from the desire to combine the learnings she has gained over the past few decades and turn them into programs to serve people's needs.
