At the youthful age of 13, Prashant Negi experienced the magic of yoga in Rishikesh and fell in love with it. Since that fateful first meeting with the delightful world of yoga, he embarked on a fantastic journey to share knowledge of aerial yoga and Ashtanga with people around the world. Prashant has begun teaching yoga at the tender age of 17 and has travelled to China and Thailand to teach people about the transformative possibilities of the regular exercise of yoga.
