Much more than a yoga retreat
I had a fantastic time with Dan and Ellie at the Rejuvenation Retreat. Dan is a fantastic yoga teacher - and our sessions were based on the group's requests and abilities and our practice deepened through the week. On top of that were had yoga and meditation workshops based on our preferences. The location was lovely - peaceful countryside with space for long walks and star gazing! Plus the food, cooked by Ellie, was wonderful. Our shared meals were one of my favourite parts of the week.
I would have no hesitation recommending this retreat - it has been the highlight of my year.

Absolutely wonderful retreat
I cannot recommend this retreat highly enough and to be honest it’s difficult to express in words - it’s something to be experienced.
The yoga sessions were tailored to the group and included breath work and meditation which were greatly appreciated. The bespoke health and wellbeing workshops - thematic discussions, philosophy, meditation walks, stretching exercises - complemented the yoga sessions and maintained a great balance of consistency between feeling rejuvenated and relaxed in equal measure.
After an absence of being able to practice yoga, Dan has completely restored my confidence and enthusiasm to engage again and I am forever grateful.
In terms of hospitality and the location - everything was beyond expectation including the delicious and nutritious home cooked food, accommodation, comfort and friendliness. I’ve never felt so spoiled! The farmhouse is an idyllic haven within a remote, and scenic landscape. Everything you could possibly need in terms of home comforts is there.
If you’re a seasoned yoga retreater - this place is for you. If you are a newbie, this place is also for you. I travelled solo and met the most lovely people there. Superb value for money and easy to get.
Thank you for a fabulous and memorable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!
