          "Tuscany Farmhouse"

          "Best Cooking Class Ever!"

          This was the highlight of our European vacation! From the accommodations to the views, including the personalized tour of Arezzo, Fabrizio's experience was exceptional. His instruction during cooking sessions was informative yet fun and the results absolutely delicious. He has a unique ability to make seemingly difficult recipes accessible. We both came away feeling we are able to replicate what we learned. Fabrizio has our highest recommendation to anyone interested in learning Tuscan cooking techniques.

          "Food Holiday - Not Pilates Holiday! "

          Location was amazing, and the house was comfortable and private! Food was all delicious, and we enjoyed the pace and level of the cooking classes. Chef Fabrizio was funny and well traveled and kept the classes interesting and entertaining. We really enjoyed the joint classes we did one afternoon with two other couples. The town was pretty and a nice walk around, and the winery was absolutely delightful!

          We certainly ate/drank our weight in pasta, chocolate, and wine - but as Chef Fabrizio said “this is a cooking holiday, not a Pilates holiday”!

          "Family vacation "

          Without question Fabrizio was the best, he was so engaging and friendly making us feel at home right away. We had several dietary needs that he adjusted his meal plans around for everyone. The tours could not have been any better, his local knowledge of history was awesome.

          "A must try experience! Truly incredible!"

          A truly incredible experience in the beautiful town Arezzo. Fabrizio was a great host and excellent and patient teacher. We learnt different recipes and enjoyed the food we cooked. The villa was also cozy with beautiful views. The tour of the town was great to experience with our local host Fabrizio, and a wine tour was beautiful too with a rich story. It was a great experience and i am glad i did it as i met incredible people who made it perfect! Thank you!!

          "A trip I will surely not forget"

          I had an amazing time with chef Fabrizio and he was kind enough to host me even though I was the only one when he could have easily cancelled my booking- which of course is great for me as i learned so much more being 1 on 1 so it was worth the long journey getting to Arezzo.

          He went out of it was to show me around and teach me as much as possible in those few days and I can only recommend this experience even though it was winter time.

          "Excellent Tuscan Cooking & Cultural Holiday Experience"

          The location of our stay was ideal for taking day trips to local wineries and for visiting other cities within an hour's timeframe by train or car. We were enriched by the Tuscan culture we experienced. The accommodations were also top-notch. The culinary lessons were well-suited for our level of expertise, and the food we prepared and ate was fabulous. Our instructor imparted extremely good knowledge on the history of and the preparation of Tuscan foods and wine. We learned many good techniques that will allow us to better prepare and enjoy our Tuscan-inspired meals when we return home.

          "Culinaire vakantie Toscane"

          Zo lekker gekookt met heerlijke pure producten die bijna allemaal uit Fabizio’s eigen moestuin komen. Mijn vriendin en ik hebben veel geleerd van de chef zelf. Echt traditionele gerechten . De locatie is ruim opgezet en super schoon. Om even te ontspannen is er een jacuzzi in de tuin aanwezig. Denk zelf even aan een middel tegen de muggen, verder ontbreekt het je echt aan niets. Een echte aanrader !

          "Dream Week"

          I can’t say enough good things about Fabrizio & the moonlight homestay villa! The location is beautiful, set amongst vineyards and national forest land with lots of beautiful places to walk and explore during free time. Fabrizio was a wonderful teacher, not only of traditional Tuscan recipes (notably pasta, gnocchi, ravioli and tiramisu), but also of the rich history behind the food and the techniques that go into simplistically perfect Italian cooking. Fabrizio is passionate about Tuscan culture and gave us an immersive experience. I left with a wealth of new knowledge and many skills to bring back home, and I’m confident all of us will be able to recreate any of the great meals we learned to make. The cooking and excursions were perfectly balanced with free time to relax and enjoy the area, I never wanted to leave the villa!

          The technical advice on Tuscany style cooking was O.K. The prepaid lunch was nice. The day trip to a historical town was very good too. Bene (the hunting dog) and his master were a lovely tandem.

          "Learning Tuscany cooking in a relaxing way"

          Chef Fabrizio has been a nice and friendly teacher who shared his cooking knowledge with me and my family ( 2 teenagers 18 & 16). We learned hands on to make fresh pasta, ravioli, tiramisu. He also game is a private tour of the town of Arezzo. It was a wonderful experience for us! I highly recommend this!

          "Great Tuscan Cooking Experience "

          If you're looking to experience a cooking school in the Tuscany countryside, then MangiarDivino is the one for you. The course was well worth the money as it included three meals daily, cooking lessons each day as well as side trips.

          Chef Fabrizio was an excellent instructor and graciously went out of his way to accommodate our requests for what we wanted to learn to cook and what foods we didn't eat.

          We were taught true Tuscan cooking and how to use herbs and secrets to preparing fabulous meals. He also gave us pointers for coordinating food preparation to have everything finished on time.

          We all marveled at how professional our meals looked.
