Ending our travels around Thailand
Communication with Diana was so easy and she replied swiftly with any questions I asked( thank you Diana). The accommodation was great, clean and everything we needed for our 10 a day stay. We especially loved the training sessions, they were difficult but great fun. The instructors were always helpful and we laughed a lot. As an introduction to the sport, we enjoyed it and didn’t take it too seriously but, learnt lots of technique. Thank you to all of the staff. Not to forget the lovely ladies at reception. So helpful with whatever we asked or needed; motorcycles, laundry and places to visit. The surrounding area is fantastic, a little shop, coffee/shake shack just opened while we were there( fantastic). Tik taverna; where the food was always fresh and delicious. We even had our own singer one day; boy of the owner.

Training was great. Make sure you ease into it a bit as it is very hardcore exercise for 4 hours a day. I stayed a month and learned a lot. The trainers are mostly very friendly and helpful, if you want to focus on technique more than power or something like that tell them and thethey will accommodate for you. Rooms were good. On site cafe good. Ate a lot at a local place called Pornthips partway to the main road past the Meera restaurant that was amazing and big portions for cheaper prices than at the place called Tik's.
Pool was good to use and the area was quiet. Secular area for focusing on training which was what I wanted. You can rent motorbikes to go places though.
You will sweat so much here. Bring a smaller towel to class to wipe it off or be sitting in a puddle lol

Deceitful advertisement
The quality of instruction was good and there were plenty of instructors but at times the classes were too big. The accommodation was fantastic but I did not stay at the camp.

2 weeks training beginner level at muay thai
The trainers were both professional & friendly they look after beginners at the camp with a separate introduction to muay thai and cater to all levels up to fighter level. Training was organised and fun. Food is great at the pool restaurant and there are other restaurants closeby to switch it up ( Tiks restaurant & Happy Time are both really good) & great value for money.

Everyone so helpful. A wonderful camp with a variety of restaurants on site. Anything you need or want they will help you out. Felt very safe and comfortable. The trainers are amazing. So good. So much space and time and just the best Muay Thai camp around. The local town has all the massage, food, drinks and shops. Also Dr's pharmacy and anything u need. Lovely beaches nearby and all the day trips if u want to do all that.
