Sophie Zadeh
A professional artist and art education consultant for over 15 years, Sophie is the creative force behind the accommodation’s eclectic, arty interiors and retreat activities. Over the last decade, her work has evolved into expertise in nonverbal behavior and communication. Specialising in embodied cognition, wellness and emotion, she teaches how the body shapes mental and emotional states. Sophie guides guests in using mindfulness for focus and well-being, plus breathwork to regulate stress, sharpen clarity or boost energy.
Lee Halliday
Lee is a lifelong runner and former Personal Trainer with years of experience helping people achieve their fitness goals. His passion for running, sparked in youth, has taken him across diverse terrain — from coastal trails to mountain peaks. As a Personal Trainer, Lee has worked with clients of all ages and abilities. At retreats featuring fitness, he leads optional bootcamp and running sessions designed to be challenging yet fully adaptable, ensuring everyone — from beginners to seasoned athletes — benefits without feeling overwhelmed.
