Tara Caldeira
Tara has 25 years experience in the fitness and well-being industry. She is a qualified wellness coach with 500+ hours accredited yoga teacher training including yoga Nidra, Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, meditation, Ayurveda and pranayama. She is also a highly qualified barre instructor and holistic therapist which she includes in her classes, these include her expertise in reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki and massage which are aimed to make her students feel more mentally and physically energetic and feeling much more positive and feeling much more inner peace within them.
