Nicole is from England and has lived and been teaching in Zurich, Switzerland, for the past 25 years. She was previously a manager for exclusive fitness clubs, and is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, educator and International Presenter for over 20 years with 1500 hours of yoga teacher training in five different yoga systems and Vipassana meditation. Her company was created 15 years ago, offering high end retreat experiences, always combining adventures and experiences in nature with exceptional food and cultural concepts. She is a keen outdoor enthusiast and loves to have fun!

Janni Giannikakis is a highly respected movement therapist, health consultant, and personal trainer. As a licensed fitness instructor and BODYART Global Master Trainer, he brings extensive expertise in holistic training methods, functional movement, and health-oriented performance development. Through his leadership, he combines practical experience with innovative training concepts, contributing significantly to professional education and the advancement of integrative movement systems worldwide.
