In the practice she offers Vinyasa, Yin, Flexibility & Strength, Pranayama and Meditation. Francesca has a sunny approach, bringing out the best in people. She is dedicated to Yoga path since 10 years and love to host people from all around the world, putting togheter a beautiful community.
