The practices of Earthling or Grounding are the practices of loving what is, embracing it fully even if your impulse toward it is one of aversion and transmuting it; grief, ugliness, passion, grasping, and joy into a force for the Presence and being with what is.

The live one-on-one coaching session will be scheduled in Calendly and you will be given the link. It is an individual 30 minutes live coaching session.
