How the course works
The course consists of two live baking sessions (one hour each) via Zoom or WhatsApp. Online sessions are available for both live cooking and recorded.
Timing of sessions (GMT+2 / GMT+1)
- 18:00 - 22:00 Monday - Friday
- 10:00 - 22:00 Saturday and Sunday
PizzAcademy Sanremo is always available to adjust the starting time depending on your request, needs, or timezone.
Course information
The list of ingredients will be sent to you after the booking, so your instructor can be updated on any of your needs.
- Day 1: Making the dough (one hour)
- Day 2: Roll out the dough, create a shape, and cook (one hour)
Instructors
Nino
Graduated in Il Corso Superiore di Cucina Italiana of ALMA, La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, Nino then started his professional job: cooking, calculation, gastronomy actions, making lists of needed foods, responsibility for timely food supply, and time management of all kitchen employees - in adherence to HACCP standards. Since then, he has built several partnership as Executive Chef to open and start restaurant in Italy, France, and Montecarlo (Spain). He then opened PizzAcademy Sanremo as a new way to teach and cook for individuals and companies.
Location
This course is held online. PizzAcademy Sanremo is based in Sanremo, Italy and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom or WhatsApp based on CEST (GMT+2) during Summer and GMT+1 for session/s between October 26, 2025 and March 29, 2026 which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
