Program
How the course works
The sessions will be of 1 hour duration happening on a daily basis for 10 days barring Sundays (Monday to Saturday). All sessions will be live and recorded to be stored on the Facebook private group which won't be deleted, hence students can do the course with the recordings at their own pace in case they missed the live sessions. The live sessions will be held over Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video call.
- Activity: Students will prepare thesis and submit it as written exam and they will appear for the live verbal exam
- Certification ceremony on 11th day

The session will take place 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and can also change based on the mutual comfort of the group.

This course is held online. Trinetra Yoga is based in Bangalore, India (GMT+5:30) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer. They will also share the recordings of the sessions via a private Facebook group.
