Program
How the training works
The sessions will be of 2 hour duration happening on a daily basis for 15 days barring Sundays (Monday to Saturday). All sessions will be live and recorded to be stored on the Facebook private group which won't be deleted, hence students can do the course with the recordings at their own pace in case they missed the live sessions. The live sessions will be held over Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video call.
Activity of students:
- Non-contact hours: 10 hours - homework
- Q&A: 4 hours with faculty + written and verbal exam
Timing of sessions (GMT+5:30)
The session will take place 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and can also change based on the mutual comfort of the group.

- Puja (worship), nitya pooja 1 (daily worship), nitya puja 2 (aspects and meaning), arti, kanthi mandir (temple), utsava (festivals), yagna (sacrifices), ghar mandir (home shrine), satsang (ghar sabha / home discourses), bal samskara (child development), agar shuddhi (due purity), hindu calendar and seasons, etc. (12 hours)
- Life cycle rituals - puberty rites, marriages, proposal, engagement, Turbon of honour, turmeric tradition, kanyadaan, journey of bride with groom, widow marriage, pregnancy birth rites, funeral rites, ancestor worship, fast, religious beliefs and festivals (12 hours)
- Hindu - Jains - Sikh and Buddhism belief (6 hours)
- Secrets behind many Hindu customs and beliefs like arti, lamp, namaste, kalasa, tulasi, etc. (6 hours)
Instructors
Piyush
The instructor is a renowned yogi of India. He has more than a decade of experience in astrology and holds international and national awards and honors, including honorary doctorates in spirituality. He is a senior member of many yoga and spiritual organizations, with lot of good name and fame in the Indian and international markets, admired by countless people for his work in yoga and spirituality.
Location
This teacher training is held online. Trinetra Yoga is based in Bangalore, India (GMT+5:30) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer. They will also share the recordings of the sessions via a private Facebook group.
