Program
Day 1, Friday
On the first day of the tour, TwinTraill will meet at the hotel where you will be staying the first and last night, with your motorcycles and bags ready to go. Take a flight to Athens and then a taxi to the tour starting point. You will begin with the first group dinner, a chance to introduce yourselves and get to know each other. Your tour guide will also take this opportunity to give a general briefing about the tour and explain the details of the first day's route.
Day 2, Saturday - 235 kilometers / 146 miles / 40% off-road
You will begin the tour by crossing Athens, the country's great capital city, which boasts many historical sites. You will pass through the Isthmus of Corinth, which leads to the Peloponnese region. You will climb a track to the highest point, offering wonderful views of the Gulfs of Megara and Corinth. You will end the day with one of the area's main attractions: the Corinth Canal, which is 6.3 kilometers / 4 miles long, 21 meters wide, and 8 meters deep.
Day 3, Sunday - 251 kilometers / 156 miles / 50% off-road
Today you will have a long journey along the southern part of the Gulf of Corinth, crossing the Patras Bridge to reach the famous city of Nafpaktos (known as Lepanto, does that ring a bell?). An epic day mixing dirt tracks and paved roads, summiting peaks of almost 2000 meters with incredible views of the gulf and the sea.
Day 4, Monday - 186 kilometers / 116 miles / 60% off-road.
Today is a circular route, so you will start and finish at the same hotel in Nafpaktos, right on the beach. But the route climbs the mountains on the northwest side, starting the ascent quickly with spectacular views of the gulf and reaching more rural and less touristy areas like Lake Trichonida, where the locals welcome you with open arms.
Day 5, Tuesday - 215 kilometers / 134 miles / 80% off-road
Today is a day dedicated to enjoying off-roading, both in terms of quantity and quality. You will head to the Karpenisi Mountains, passing by ski slopes with spectacular views. You will see Lake Evinos and explore tracks through the Arachovi Mountains.
Day 6, Wednesday - 211 kilometers / 131 miles / 70% off-road
A day to return to the coast, but with plenty of off-roading. You will start in Pitimáliko, an area of incredible high-mountain slopes, until you reach the Mornos Valley, at the foot of Pico Giona, a mountain you will cross via track after track. Your final destination is Itea Marina, a small, peaceful coastal town.
Day 7, Thursday - 219 kilometers / 136 miles / 20% off-road
The last day of this great trip through Greece. A day with more kilometers on the road, starting the route along the coast with views of the gulf and not neglecting some very interesting off-road tracks before lunch. From there, you only have to reach Athens, where you will have your last group dinner and take the opportunity to say your goodbyes.
Day 8, Friday
Last breakfast in Greece. Time to pack up and head home with the memories of the last 7 days in this Mediterranean paradise. It has undoubtedly been a worthwhile adventure! But you always have the option of extending your stay until Sunday and spending a weekend exploring the fantastic secrets that Athens has to offer!

Location
This motorcycle tour starts and ends in Athens, Greece. Greece is a destination often idealized with idyllic beaches, remote islands, sunshine, and boats but over 70% of its territory is mountainous. This makes it an ideal place to explore by trail bike. Located in the southern Balkans, it boasts mountains over 2,900 meters high, a long list of lakes, and spectacular sea views from the high peaks.
TwinTrail has been exploring Greece through the Hellas Rally for years, and now they want those without a competitive spirit to experience the incredible landscapes that Greece has to offer and that you're sure to love. A motorcycle trip along tracks and roads that will take your breath away, wonderful people, and Mediterranean cuisine will complete an adventure you'll always remember.
