The customer can choose an hour between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. for the 2 phone / Skype calls. The chat/coaching on WhatsApp or Telegram is possible 24/7 and your coaches will answer as soon as possible.
About this private session
You will have online coaching on detox and fasting in the form of two approximately 60-minute phone calls. During the first telephone conversation, if desired also via Skype, you and your coaches get to know each other better. Here you clarify with the help of a short anamnesis whether this kind of fasting is suitable for you.
During this detox online coaching you will receive verbal as well as written instructions on what you need for your detox retreat. It is realistic to plan about 1 week from this conversation to the start of the actual fast.
You will receive daily feedback and support with questions via WhatsApp or Telegram throughout the 10 days of the detox fast.
At the final online coaching, you will have the opportunity to ask further questions. For example, how you can continue to eat healthy after the detox fast and ideally shape your personal healing process.
This lovingly supervised detox retreat is an online coaching designed for those who want to gently detoxify at home and positively support their health. Especially for people who do not have much experience with detox and fasting, it can be useful to be guided competently in this process. It can also give the necessary impetus to put into action the detox fasting that has been long planned but put off.

Instructors
Yamuna Riedemann
After reaching the titles of a naturopath and Reiki master, Yamuna traveled for several years around the globe. In the Shivananda Ashram in Kerala, India, she got her yoga teacher certificate. In the year 2006, she founded "Vidyamor" together with Olay. It is an oasis for fasting retreats and naturopathy, wellness, and yoga. Since this time, she focused on many different types of cleansing and detox techniques in combination with raw food.
Olay Bowald
Olay traveled many years over all the continents of Mother Earth. He must have been a yogi in his past life as he played many of the asanas as a game when he was a child. In various workshops around the globe, he practiced his skills in the different disciplines of yoga. In the year 2006, he stopped traveling and grew roots on the Canarian island of La Palma, where he founded "Vidyamor" together with Yamuna, an oasis for fasting detox retreats, wellness, and yoga. Since 2004, he has mostly been eating living food only.

This detox coaching is held online. Vidyamor La Palma is based in the Canaries, Spain (GMT +1/GMT) and they will call you via phone / Skype call which you can do from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
