Living with a Florentine family is the best way to practice your Italian and to find a friendly and sociable atmosphere. Mornings breakfast and dinner are with the family members.

Program

This course takes place in the kitchen of one of Florence’s top restaurants and is highly practical: participants work alongside the chef to prepare the dishes covered in the lesson. The chefs leading the course are professional cooks with exceptional teaching skills, making the program suitable for both beginners and experienced chefs who want to specialize in Italian cuisine.

Classes run from 15:30 to 18:30, followed by a dinner featuring the dishes you prepared. The aim of this cooking course in Florence is to introduce you to the rich world of Italian food and wine, helping you to truly understand, appreciate, and enjoy them. Skilled chefs will guide you through authentic Tuscan culinary traditions while supervising your hands-on cooking.

Throughout the course, you will prepare an entire menu, from antipasti (appetizers) to dolci (desserts). At the end of each lesson, you will sit down in the restaurant to enjoy your creations, paired with carefully selected wines, leaving you with a memorable and immersive culinary experience.

Location
