Program

This is a hands-on course where participants work directly with the chefs to prepare the dishes studied during the lesson. Classes run from 15:30 to 18:30, concluding with a dinner featuring the food you have made. The goal of this cooking course is to introduce you to the rich and intricate world of Italian cuisine and wine, helping you to truly understand, appreciate, and enjoy them. Experienced chefs will guide you through authentic Italian culinary traditions while you prepare the recipes together.

The lessons cover the preparation of a full menu, from antipasti (appetizers) to dolci (desserts). At the end of each session, you will sit down in the restaurant to enjoy your own creations, paired with carefully selected wines, making for a memorable and immersive culinary experience.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
