This was a wonderful trip. We learned a lot about Moroccan cooking in interesting and well organized classes. None of us were beginners in cooking but we learned new techniques and new approaches to cooking. Edwina was a great teacher and organizer. The trip to the Atlas Mountains and cooking at Fedma's place was good. The experience of meeting Fedma and here family and seeing her circumstances were very interesting. The trip to Essouria was also great especially the visit to the fish market and the cooking of the fish in the open. Essaouria is a beautiful town and the accomodation was great with impressive ocean views. Eating and taking in the cooking smells of Marrakesh was a wonderful experience we will always remember.

This extraordinary experience took you thru all the aspects of true Moroccan cuisine and immersed you totally in the culture not just the tourism leaving you with the gift of this marvelous country and it’s beautiful people!!!

The food was absolutely delicious and the "cooking" was very much "hands on". The whole experience of buying the ingredients in the local market (in Arabic of course), preparing, cooking, and eating was absolutely fabulous - I had a really terrific holiday!
