How the course works

SWAN has prepared six different subjects about meditation so you will enter a world of expansion, health, and multidimensionality. The weekly online session is one-on-one and you are invited to talk about your experiences, fears, and struggles. Then you will meditate together with personal guidance just for you. The meditation will be recorded so you can have it forever.

You will get some homework if you want much otherwise little. The time you should spend daily on this course is a minimum of 25 minutes. Plus the weekly 50-minute session. You have to do the meditation every day as you need to develop different subtle bodies. Here are the hours you will spend on the course experience:

  • Six 50-minute weekly sessions (five hours in total)
  • Five days a week, meditation and homework, 30 minutes daily (two and a half hours a week)

So you should invest 20 hours for this course and it can be a bit more if you want to go deeper.

This meditation course is held online. SWAN is based in San Rafael, Ibiza, Spain and they will live-stream the classes via WhatsApp and Whereby which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
