Mireia Cervera
With a master's degree in nutrition, food, and health, as well as a degree in human nutrition and dietetics, Mireia Cervera has been advising brands such as Flax and Kale for over eight years. Cervera helped Flax and Kale with the development of their line of juices, ready meals, healthy snacks, and vegan burgers among others, and she has a wealth of experience in the industry. Cervera has also helped with the creation of the menus for the Teresa Carles' group of restaurants and has organized seminars and training on healthy eating.
Edgar Tarrés
Edgar is a wellness specialist and professor of mindfulness and emotional management at La Salle University. He is also a professor of wellbeing and happiness at the tourism faculty of the University of Girona, as well as a professor at the master remind mindfulness at the University of Barcelona. Additionally, he is a professor at the master in health and interior tourism at the University of Vigo. He also collaborates with the Rovira i Virgili i Ostelea universities. Edgar also designs experiences and training programs for corporations and destinations as a mindful travel consultant.

Monique Eastwood, 55, is the woman behind the bodies of superstar A-listers including Emily Blunt, Hayley Atwell, Stanley Tucci, and Ruth Wilson as well as stuntwoman extraordinaire, Lucy Cork. Monique combined her love of dance with her knowledge of Pilates and fitness and the Eastwood Movement Method was born.
Rocío Gil
Since she was little, Rocío has been passionate about sports.At the age of 12, she discovered Taekwondo and has competed both nationally and internationally in this category. During the last few years of competition, she started practicing Pilates and soon began to feel the benefits of working her body consciously. After living for a few years in Shanghai, four years ago she completed the training as a Pilates teacher and hypopressive exercise instructor.
Matthias Hespe
For 25 years, Matthias has been a propagator of macrobiotic cuisine and philosophy. He wants to be part of the solution and empowers people to create their own health based on real food. Matthias has many years of experience in cooking for retreats and in teaching how to prepare nutritious, balanced, and delicious food in cookery workshops.
