Jane Patricia is an internationally certified yoga instructor that has practicing yoga since 2008. Her approach to teaching derives from her belief that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level. She is known for her hands-on approach, enthusiasm, and joy for the practice. Her personal style of teaching yoga draws attention to breathing, fun sequence, and, most importantly, safe alignment and adjustments that suit individual students.
Pebi was born and raised in Ubud, Bali. She started practicing yoga when she was 17 years old and instantly fell in love on the first try. For her, yoga is more than just an exercise, it is how to connect the breath with the body and find harmony within. Since then, Pebi has completed 200 hours of Yoga Foundation Teacher Training and 50 hours of Yin and Hatha Yoga in 2018. Her main goal in every class is to help her students to be more present and achieve inner peace by bringing awareness back to body and mind through each pose.
Jane is a wellness coach with a passionate commitment to a way of a healthy lifestyle, mental health, and well-being. Having a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from a prestigious university in Indonesia help her to understand better about human behavior and social environment. She has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and deepen her knowledge in Northern India to be certified as 500-h Yoga Alliance yoga teacher.
Gusti is a native Balinese yoga and Healing teacher. Born into a family where yoga is a daily ritual, yoga has always been a strong influence in his life since he was little. He is passionate about exploring the power of breath and its connection to each yoga pose and your overall well-being. He is also a breathwork teacher and initiator of healing and Vvinyasa breathwork who will guide your breath in a way that enables the transformational process to occur.
Lia is a well-being facilitator who is keen on guiding others to transform themselves to become the healthier and more amazing people that they are meant to be. Lia has been practicing yoga since 2013, and it makes her realize that yoga is not just a workout, but it is a work-in. It brings her to learn more healing modalities such as reiki healing, sound healing, tapping therapy, and healing qi gong. She is certified as a reiki master by Asian Healing Arts Center, Thailand.
Doctor Irene graduated from one of the most prestigious medical faculty in Indonesia, Airlangga University with the cum laude predicate. Her strong passion for anti-aging medicine drives her to pursue a master’s degree in anti-aging medicine. She believes that everyone has the right to be the best of themselves. For her, happiness is to help her patients feel more confident with their skin and body. Besides aesthetic medicine, she is also certified to give consultation and treatment in nutrition She actively participates in the workshop nationally and internationally to keep knowledge updated.
Meet Lisa, the dedicated Wellness Instructor. Her journey began with a passion for yoga, fitness classes, and dancing, which deepened as she experienced remarkable improvements in her posture. This inspired Lisa to pursue teacher training in Bali, where she became a certified yoga instructor. Her expertise extends beyond yoga to include sound healing, access bars, meditation, and pilates, showcasing her commitment to a comprehensive wellness approach. Lisa's diverse skills and heartfelt dedication ensure that every guest enjoys a transformative and enriching wellness experience.
With a passion for fitness and wellness, Vinza has been dedicated to coaching since 2021. She began her journey by leading online workout sessions for women’s groups and has since advanced her expertise through the Advanced Fitness Training program at Rai Institute Indonesia. Vinza brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her Pilates mat classes, aiming to help participants achieve a higher level of fitness and well-being. Her favorite exercises include the Back Squat and Deadlift, reflecting her commitment to strength and functional training.

Sehr freundliche Angestellten und Sie kümmerten sich gut um alles.
Super Breathworking bei Gusti Wira und Yogastunden bei Phebi.
Die Küche war exzellent und alles wurde sehr mit Liebe zubereitet und schmeckte herrvorragend!
Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und ganz im „grünen Dschungel“ genau was wir suchten.

Overall a perfect retreat! Being self-paced allowed the time to also relax and enjoy the resort. The inclusions such as breathwork classes, yoga classes, reiki, massages, an extensive delicious food menu and other authentic Balinese cultural activities were all great and really proved the value of the program. The staff including Tari were also wonderful and very friendly and always happy to assist with anything. Highly recommend this retreat and I will definitely do it again!

"Just what my soul needed"
The resort had a bunch of wonderful activities both healing and cultural. The gardens were beautiful and relaxing, the food was excellent and the staff was incredibly nice and patient.

Located in a beautiful area, I absolutely enjoyed my time. Great yoga classes and personalised activities. Tari retreat organiser looked after me incredibly well, all members of staff were so professional and attentive. Always had a nice conversation with everyone working in the retreat. Great food and my room was beautiful and spotless. I can not wait to come again.

"A relaxing experience"
Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Much appreciated for the kind staffs for checking my room a couple of time to make sure the bug problem was solved. I really enjoyed my stay at the pool villa.

"Bali first visit"
I very much liked that they were extremly joyful, kind and friendly. Always putting a smile on their face everytime they see you and the entire crew was incredibly respectful and always seeking to provide help and guidance. All the healing instructors and Spa girls were so calm and transferred an extraordinary energy to everyone. The resort was indeed best located away from the city noise and I felt as if I was in the “jungle” in a relaxing sense. For my first time in Bali I had the most calming and peaceful experience at this retreat which was organized perfectly by the resort. Thanks Tari for taking care of me and others for making sure I get the best if this experience. The baliniese activities were so fun and full of valuable local traditions and information. "The most amazing retreat ever!"
OMG! Where to start! We loved absolutely everything! The entire staff was always so nice and friendly. They were taking care of absolutely all details to make our stay a memorable one! The villa was gorgeous, to die for! The entire resort is beautiful but to me the most important thing is the people. Tari was our retreat coordinator and she is absolutely amazing! so kind and generous! She was always so helpful! We loved all of our yoga classes with Pebi and the other instructors. Pebi is simply amazing! Also, our breathwork session with Gus Wira was mind-blowing! He is sooo good! The rest of the staff, Eca, Arya, and the staff at the restaurant were always greeting us with a smile and giving us the best attention and service.
I honestly suggest everyone to do the 10-day Balinese Healing Yoga retreat, it is a package that is extremely complete. It includes many cultural healing activities across Bali but also allows for you to spend time in the hotel and enjoy all the amenities and classes.
All the spa services were mind-blowing as well. I loved that the retreat included several massages. I loved every single one of them!
I have only words of gratitude towards all the staff and I must say that these have been one of my best holidays ever!

"Amazing healing proces "
I booked the 10 days healing retraite. With all kinds of different programs and teachers: it was an amazing process. Really thankful for all the good teachers and Tari who felt like a personal assistant. She made sure that everything is going well. The hotel is amazing: delicious food, friendly people and so quite. If you want to escape the city: they have a free shuttle service. I can say that the things I experienced, really helped me in my progress of healing 🙏

"Absolutely incredible ! "
An absolutely fantastic yoga retreat at Ubud Nyuh Resort for anyone wanting to recharge, gain clarity and concentrate on their overall health. The yoga, pilates, reiki, sound healing, and Shirodara treatments were all organised and delivered exceptionally well. Everyone delivering the activities/healings were incredibly knowledgable, professional and attentive. The food was beautiful and the villa was wonderful. If I fancied something different on the menu, the kitchen facilitated this and there was flexibility throughout the stay, according to my own schedule also. The Balinese cultural lessons in the afternoons were a lovely touch, held by extremely friendly and warm staff. The entire team at the resort were exceptionally attentive, helpful, polite and lovely. A special thank you must go to Tari for being incredible throughout the whole experience. I attended the retreat on my own and I can definitely recommend this resort for solo travellers, as well as couples and families. The structure of the retreat was really well organised and the self-paced aspect was beneficial should you wish to not engage in every activity or treatment. I would definitely return to the Ubud Nyuh Resort for another retreat, either solo, or with family and friends. The resort would suit everyone wanting to relax, engage in wholesome activity and healings, and generally improve their wellbeing and health.

"Amazing Relaxing Yoga Retreat"
I went to the „Ubud Nyhu Bali“ for a 6 day Yoga Retreat. After I arrived I felt immediately at home. My Villa was a Paradise with my own Pool, the Staff incredible always smiling, working with an hard effort to make you feel comfortable, they were polite and friendly. The food was delicious. The Retreat is a green Oase and everything is clean. I had such an amazing time and feel relaxed now.
A big thank you to Tari, my Retreat Specialist and Organisation Talent, you did a wonderful job. Also the Guide and Driver for my Healing Ceremony Ngurah, Yogateacher Jane, the Breath Healing Teacher Gusti and all the other amazing Staff. I highly recommend a stay and would love to come back. "An immersive de-stressing experience"
The hospitality and welcoming I received at Nyuh Bali Resort gave me a wonderful impression right from the beginning. The team dynamic and work ethic managed to provide a smooth relaxing program.
The schedule catered to my own time, there were 3 meals served with a snack and a juice daily. The menu had a variety of options with exquisite flavors.
The sound healing and reiki private sessions were unexpected for me. I did not have previous background information about these traditional therapies, so the fact that I had private sessions in the beginning helped me to appreciate their effect much better.
The yoga sessions, private and group, had a special place in my heart. The pace suited beginners but after 5 days of yoga, I could appreciate my progress. Ms Jane's yoga and sound healing classes were absolutely wonderful, after the classes I would feel energized and rejuvenated.
Aside from the activities in the program, the facilities such as the pools, restaurant, and spa certainly surpassed my expectations.
Special thanks to Tari for staying with me from the beginning till the end of the program, organizing my sessions, taking care of my meals, giving me suggestions about helpful activities, and generally making the experience even more relaxing than I expected.
I just loved being able to spend my days listening to the sounds of nature and not worrying about anything.
I will certainly come back again, the whole experience was out of this world!!
