Denia Vythoulka
Denia is the manager and daughter of the family. She was born and raised in Zakynthos and studied Economics in the UK. She prides herself on running the family business and if you ask her what makes a successful business season, her answer would be not how many people had been guests this year, but how many are looking to return next year. Indeed, most guests at Villa Spiros have visited before and new guests cannot wait to come back, a testament to the attention and care given to guests by the host family.
Alexandros
Alexandros Marathias is a retired bank manager in his late 50s. He is a very kind Greek gentleman with an extraordinary personality, living on his own in this beautiful forest villa. He is a handsome man, he loves cooking and knows Athens like the back of his hand. He will take great care of you and drive you safely to the best of Athens. He lives at the stone guest house next to the villa and he will prepare for you daily breakfast with fresh eggs from his farm and he will be onsite when needed.
Mika Symvoulidou
Mika was born in Athens at Piraeus. She studied art at the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA), 1985-1990, with faculty supervisors Dimitris Mytaras, Zacharias Arvanitis, Triantafyllos Patraskidis and Marina Lambraki Plaka. Mika lives in Zakynthos Island and teaches art at high schools there. She is a member of the union of Greek Artists (E.E.T.E) and the union of art teachers of Greece. Mika has participated in many exhibitions in Greece and Paris. Her paintings are in private collections in Greece and abroad. She likes to paint the landscapes of Zakynthos island and the “still life” of nature.
